Client Success Manager (CSM) for Head of AI – £50k + £10k Retention Target Bonus

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role. You will be responsible for managing through a client AI transformation journey, headed up by one of our world-class, Fractional Chief AI Officers.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential. Confidence on the phone and presenting are a must – you will be assisting our Chief AI Officers in delivering our AI transformation framework for our clients.

You will develop relationships with both the clients and the Chief AI Officers, all at a C-level to the end goal of measureably successful AI transformations for our clients.

Project management skills are a must, you must be incredibly organized by nature. Each client has a different journey, you will check in on milestones, help deliver presentations at key trigger points (with the Chief AI Officer) – and keep the client and the CAIO on track throughout the client journey.
